Beside a warm fire, and with fine food, let us recant their deeds, and regale in their bravery, their tragedy, and their memory.”

Sit beside the fire, drink, and let us remember!

Friend to plant and animal, the sage Barthus wandered far and wide to collect knowledge of all that lives and grows within the realm. Discoverer of Pembwort, which healed Lady Leitha after the battle of Gorth.

Drega the Strong, Drega the Wild, Drega the Ax, Drega the Bear, Drega the Powerful. Friend of the wild, the poor, and the humble, blood foe of the crooked, the unjust, and the pillager. Hero of all peasants.

Ancient and powerful, legends of the kingdom of Gwendwaith inspire all within the realm. Even as they crumble, the towers still loom over the plains, totems of a nobler age.

Geitha, born of the noblest and most loved lineage in all the land, brave beyond measure, hero of the Angwaith and bane of Dagsh, fell to the arrows of the enemy, before the horns could signal the charge.

The famous and storied pikes of Drukha, a remote town in the mountain passes, famed for their fortitude, bravery, and blood oath to one another. Heroes through countless battles, their banners signal death to all who stand across the field.

Dwelling along the lake and river shores, the Wenden are famed for their study boats and boisterous character. Traders, explorers, pirates, merchants, smugglers, nothing moves across the waters of the realm without their help, or knowledge.

Far from the shore, the pirate raiders of the Gelda islands stalk any who they encounter. The Wenden pay them for protection and safe passage, but easy spoils can be tough to resist.

Famed war maiden, hero of the Angwaith, she taught her skills to the greatest of the Grey Guard. Renowned rider and traveler, she disappeared into the high passes and was never seen again.

Fallen or lost, those who gave themselves to the realm in battle or other service now shine bright above us, reminding us that even in the darkest night, we are not alone and they are with us, shining.

Watchers in the mountains, guardians amongst the distant woods. The sword and shield of the land, the Grey Guards travel far and wide in the service of the realm.
