This album is the band’s “grand statement on the horrors of war, with all its residual scars, both obvious and well-hidden.” An hour of raw, blackened death metal with forays into experimental & quiet territories, aiming to “capture the energy and atmosphere of these battlefields, both active and stagnant. Also, the starving, cold innocent mouths, the burning villages of once-peaceful country sides, and those wrongfully murdered for simply being in godless circumstances. To those that have weathered the rampant suffering that comes in the wake of war; this record is dedicated to you.”
